BACKGROUND

The Drum Creative Awards are back with a fresh new look for 2017.

Striving to give creativity and design a platform to shine these awards are open to entries from across the globe. 

As the Drums most respected creative accolade it wont be easy to impress the jury,  take the challenge and enter your work today!

WHO CAN ENTER?

Anyone, anywhere who is producing great creative work worthy of recognition.

Including: Advertising Agencies, Design Consultancies, Digital Agencies,

Direct Mail Companies, Production Companies, Marketing Agencies, PR

Consultancies, In-house Creative Teams, In-house Marketing Teams, Media

Buying Agencies etc.

 

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE?

Material entered must have been published, displayed, broadcast or mailed between 13 July 2016 and 20 September 2017.

Work that was previously entered in to The Drum DREAM Awards is not eligible.

SUBMISSION FORMATS

As this is a creative awards physical entries must be supplied (with the exception of the digital and report categories)
Once you have submitted and paid online please prepare and post physical entries for judging to:

Important: All posted entries MUST include an individual entry form, loosely attached (do not glue) to the back of
each physical submission. You will find this entry form at the back of the Entry Pack.
Please note: these must be received by the deadline.

STRATEGY CATEGORIES
For all strategy categories you must submit an entry report.
• Report - 1000 word limit
• Executive summary - 250 word limit
• Testimonials (advised) - Additional to word limit

DESIGN / CRAFT / OUTDOOR
Please submit mounted artwork OR physical products for judging.
Mounted artwork: Maximum board size A2 – maximum 2 boards
Physical products: Please send in any physical products for judging such as packaging, books etc.
Please note: Products will not be returned.

DIGITAL /AUDIO
Mounted artwork is not required.
Digital
• Provide any web / download links
• Upload any videos via YouTube using the -embedded code on the
website
• 3 screen grabs / stills

Radio - Upload your file to Sound Cloud (if you haven’t done
so already) and copy the embedded code into the box provided.
Please upload your script as a PDF in the ‘entry report section’.

FILM
Mounted artwork is not required.
• Provide any web / download links
• Upload any videos from YouTube or vimeo using the -embedded code section on the website
• 3 screen grabs/stills.

JUDGES

The Drum Creative Awards will be judged by a stellar panel of creatives from the advertising, design and digital world.

Judges will be announced soon.

WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?

The panel will be looking for a combination of great craft, design and execution.

They will be impressed by concepts that make them smile, does a job and that makes them think ‘God, I wish I’d have thought of that.’
